Club Constitution

Meeting Minutes
All events and discussions of the Sr. Executive Committee (SEC) and Club Council are recorded via meeting minutes and publicized to the public per the Policy Manual Bylaw V Subsection II. Meeting minutes are made public as soon as convenient and done so by the President.
During the Spring and Summer semesters, the SEC meetings every other week on Thursday - minutes will be available by the end of the following weekend. The Club Council does not meet during the Spring and Summer.
During the Fall and Winter semesters, both the SEC and Club Council meet once a month with a two-week gap between the two committees.
