EECERT

Electrical Engineering Club Certificate in Hardware Design

Redefine your EE education

EECERT, or the Electrical Engineering Club Certificate in Hardware Design, is a series of six modules designed to supplement the education of Electrical Engineering students with practical hard skills experience. Modules will be taught on each subjects of the following over the course of both Fall and Winter semesters:

  • Breadboarding

  • Circuit Simulation

  • Arduino

  • LaTeX

  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design

  • Soldering

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate that they can show to employers as tangible proof that they have learned the above skills.

EECERT is open to ECE students, with priority given to second-years. Spots in the program will only cost $10 and once you have a spot then it is expected that you will attend.

Spaces in the program are limited so we ask that you do not enroll unless you are reasonably confident that you can commit to completing all the modules. 2023/24 Registration is currently closed.
